Hello Guys, i have a BarBri conviser, which is called "barbri conviser mini review" it does not mention California, and in the contents it does not mention california either. It states in the content "in most states" " in several states", etc. This book is appropriate to study the contents of the conviser for California or i have the wrong book? Thank you very much

sounds like its only made for MBE. most CMR's have state sections too. not sure whats up with yours.

Why don't you just borrow someone's Conviser from last year and just photocopy the relevant sections. They've added Cal Ev., Cal. Civ Pro, and Agency since July 2007 I believe. Anything before that is not really up to date. Con law and Crim Pro have had some important case law in them, but those are a few and far between.

Well, I have my Ca Conviser now. Thanks you all guys, specially the ones who tried to help. Lawyers are like a cross section of every society. I´m a lawyer and a College Professor in my country, and i know for sure that most people are good hearted, but the few that are not, are so much notorious than the good ones, so you might think they are the majority.
