No I haven't yet, but I had a problem with a former employer. He didn't like me very much, I was not accused of fraud or forgery or theft or anything like that. I was just curious if I got called. How many people are called to informal hearings? If only let's say 200/8,000 applications, I would assume they wouldn't call me for a bad employer recommendation. How many of those called for informal hearings are denied? If I did get called, and let's say they deny 40 people from all the informal hearings they conduct, it would make me feel a whole lot better.

I was admitted last year and I was fired from two jobs in the past. Never for fraud or theft, but for basically telling a manager to go make love to himself. I was simillary worried about his saying something strange to the bar, but it was fine and I was admitted without incident.
