You need to check to see if it is same person as for Seperac NY. If it is same person (Joe Seperac) I would recommend him 100%. He is very helpful and very supportive. The fee he charges compared to feedback you receive from him is nothing. Good luck

Did you find SEPERAC useful for your bar? How would you rate it?

I used Seperac for my Feb. 2010 (missed it with very small margin) and July exam (waiting misserably). I found Joe's material extremely helpful. What I mean is that it is not only the material you receive, but the amount of support you receive from him. He only charges $300, but the time he devotes you and answers your question anytime is the most important part of the deal (at least for me, as I was doing the MBE I had lots issues I needed to understand, and he did help me with does graciously). The most point is of course you yourself and the amount of effort you put in. So, if you are a kind of a person who can decipline him/herslef and stick to the plan, then Joe's Master essays and practice on MBE is really what you need. Beside Master Essay you have access to materials on NYMC and outlines (the one Joe has created). Please keep in mind that I am in no way connected to Joe. I am simply sharing my experience with just in case it can be of any help to anyone. To answer your question on rating Joe's Materials, I would rate it 8 out of 10. This is because it does not have much input on MPT. His concentration on MBE (which is absolutely correct). But, I think each part of the exam is important. (for a person like myself who cannot afford Barbri or alike, I wish Joe could have a bite more input on MPT.

I used Seperac and passed the NY bar on my first try. I was practicing in another state and barely had time to study (i was working full time). It is great. It's basically all i used for the NY bar and i passed! (And I am no Rockstar).
